Homes we’d be proud to call our own.
Moran Communities is a family-owned apartment company led by Ryan and Kirsten Moran, based in Grosse Pointe. We combine hands-on ownership with local management and a long-term commitment to the communities we serve.
Our measuring stick is simple: would we feel comfortable living here ourselves? That question guides how we maintain our properties, approach renovations, and care for our communities.
We believe a good home also means being a good neighbor. We ask everyone—our ownership team, staff, and residents—to treat one another with respect and help keep our communities welcoming and well cared for.
